Originally opened in 1988,our pharmacy was located at shops 5-6 in Katoomba Fair, It was named 'Katoomba Day and Night' and owned by David Bradbury and his wife Dilys.

Allan Byrnes purchased the pharmacy in 1991 and renamed it 'Allan Byrnes Chemist'.

Our manager, Jenny, joined us in 1994 as a pharmacy assistant.

In 1998 the pharmacy moved

to shop 9-11 in Katoomba Fair and renamed 'Allan Byrnes Chemworld'

In 2005 'Allan Byrnes Chemworld' changed hands, Allan however stayed on as a pharmacist

and still continues to work with us today.

After the construction of the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, we moved to Shop 7-8, 30-34 Parke Street (conveniently located in Katoomba Village Shopping Centre).
